Submitting Paper and Supplemental Material for Review
When papers have been correctly formatted using the above templates, they can be uploaded at https://cmt.research.microsoft.com/MMSP09, along with any supplemental material. Paper submission implies the intent of at least one of the authors to register and present the paper, if accepted. Authors may submit more than one paper, but each paper needs to be covered by a separate full registration.
Submitting Final Camera-Ready Paper and Copyright Forms
After being accepted, you will be requested to submit a final camera-ready version of the paper, incorporating any feedback from the reviewers. Supplemental material will not be accepted with the final version of the paper and will not appear in IEEE Xplore.
Step 1. Incorporate feedback from the reviewers.
Step 2. Ensure that your paper is formatted using one of the IEEE templates above.
Step 3: Add a copyright notice as a footnote on the first page of the paper, as follows:
For papers in which all authors are employed by the US government, add on the notice: U.S. Government work not protected by U.S. copyright.
For papers in which all authors are employed by a Crown government (UK, Canada, Australia), add the notice: 978-1-4244-4652-0/09/$25.00 ©2009 Crown.
- For all other papers, add the notice: 978-1-4244-4652-0/09/$25.00 ©2009 IEEE.
Step 4. Ensure that your PDF file is produced according to the IEEE Xplore Compliance guidelines below.
Step 5. Verify that your PDF file is IEEE Xplore Compliant by using the PDF eXpress service at http://www.pdf-express.org/. Log in to the service using conference ID: MMSP09x. Create a new user account using your own email and password. Submit your PDF file for compliance checking. The website also has instructions on how to create an IEEE Xplore Compliant PDF file from a source file, which may help if you have problems creating a compliant PDF file yourself in step 4.
Step 6. Transfer the copyright to IEEE by signing the Electronic Copyright Form at http://mmsp09.org/Documents/CopyRSub.htm.
Step 7. Log in to https://cmt.research.microsoft.com/MMSP09 and upload your paper.
Your paper will be published in IEEE Xplore, the IEEE online publishing service. The assigned identification number is as follows:
IEEE Catalog Number: CFP09MSP
